오늘 생각해 볼 단어는 '오너리스크'입니다. 오너(회장, 대표)의 불법행위나 반사회적인행동, 비상식적행동을 통해 기업에 해를 입히는 행위를 말합니다. 기업의 오너의 잘못된 행동으로 인해 회사에 끼칠 수 있는 피해가 그만큼 크기에, 등장한 단어입니다. 실제로, 오너리스크에 무너진 회사도 많이 있습니다.
반성하고, 또 반성해야 시간이 지나가면 잊혀질까말까한데, 이런일이 반복적으로 일어나는 기업은 한번쯤 깊이 고민해봐야하지 않겠나 싶습니다.
지금은 인터넷과 스마트폰을 매개로 하여, 삽시간에 정보가 온 국민에게 퍼져나갑니다. "당신들의 매출은 어디서 오느냐"....
