국제현대미술관
마지막 여름이 가기전 강원도 영월여행을 떠났습니다. 워낙 아름다운 자연환경으로 이미 다들 알고계시는 영월군
360도 산으로 둘러쌓여 가운데는 강물이 흐르는 동화같은 여행지입니다. 목적지는 동강씨스타지만, 가는 길목에 가까이 위치한 '국제현대미술관'을 담아왔습니다. 이 안쪽에 이런 미술관이 있으리라고는 생각못했습니다. 입구에 들어설때까지도요ㅎ
2000년 개관한 국제현대미술관
흔한 미술관이 아니더라구요, 예술가들이 작품을 통해 말하고자 하는 의미가 분명한 작품들.
흔히 이러한 작가의 의도를 파악하는 훈련은 주로 그림이 전시된 미술관에서 이루어졌지만, 이곳은 표현의 도구에도 작가의 의도가 숨겨져 신비로움을 더합니다.
국제현대미술관은 강원도 영월읍 삼옥리 동강 변에 자리잡고 있습니다.
도농간 문화격차 해소와 영월의 국제화를 위해 개관한 다양한 예술작품을 감상할 수 있는 문화공간.
아래 작품은 제가 가장 예쁘고 신비롭게 느꼈던 작품이에요.
뭔가 현실적이면서 몽환적인 느낌이에요 리얼리티도 너무 살아있구요
야외조각공원에는 17개국 100여 점이 고즈넉한 풍경과 함께 설치되어 있으며 실내전시실에는 70여개국의 소장품 3000여점이 상설 교환 전시되어 갈 때마다 새로운 느낌을 줍니다. 또한 테마를 가진 기획전과 3-10월 국내외 저명한 조형예술가들을 초대해 '동강 New Art Valley Project- 레지던스프로그램' 국제현대문화예술축제를 개최하여 오픈 작업실을 통해 작품이 탄생하기까지의 과정을 한눈에 볼 수 있으며, 야외작업 공간을 활용한 예술가와 대중과의 만남의 장도 마련하고 있습니다.
International Museum of Contemporary Art
International Museum of Contemporary Art is located in Gangwon Province, Dong youngwoleup samokri sides. Cultural space where you can enjoy a wide range of works of art which opened to relieve the urban-rural gap and inter-cultural internationalization of Yeongwol.
